Full 2-day conference registration includes:

Payment Policy:
For registrations made with a purchase order, it is the responsibility of the attendee to deliver a printed invoice to your financial department and ensure that your registration payment is made.

Cancellation Policy:
Conference registration cancellations will be accepted with full refunds through March 6, 2017. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email (reelings@progressbook.com) or mail to Software Answers. Changes or modifications to your registration will be accepted via email or mail by March 6, 2017. After that date, you may substitute another individual to come in your place. Please email reelings@progressbook.com to authorize a substitution.

Certificates of Attendance:
Certificates of Attendance for ProgressBook Suite Retreat 2017 will be available at the end of the conference to all registered attendees who received badges onsite. Certificates not picked up will be available to attendees after the conference. Please send an email to reelings@progressbook.com to request a pdf copy.

Photography, Audio & Video Recording:
Due to the public nature of this event, we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors and other from photographing or video or audio-taping some conference activities. We reserve the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.
